RUDY NUNGARAY
Rudy Nungaray is a Southern California–born Executive Chef whose culinary journey began through the C CAP Foundation and continued at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Pasadena. After graduating, he advanced through the ranks in a five-star hotel in Santa Monica before working with respected hospitality brands including Wolfgang Puck, Patina Catering, and IHG Hotels & Resorts.
Rudy’s experience includes international work in China, where he helped open a Mexican restaurant, as well as successfully running a high-end catering company serving luxury clients and celebrities. Known for bold, fresh flavors, he takes pride in showcasing his Latin background while blending it with his strong knowledge of Italian cuisine. He has worked alongside Michelin starred and James Beard Award–winning chefs and currently serves as Corporate Chef for Global Knives, supporting brand marketing and new product development.
